THIS will be my May fitspo challenge! Whether I go to the gym or not..this will be completed on the daily! I am going on an all girls trip to Vegas in June so this month I just need to go HAM with my fitness. I have also decided to use myfitnesspal (FRUITSBASKETXP add me) to count my calories.
MAY GOAL:
* Drop 6 pounds
* Use MFP daily
* Drink 8 cups of water a day
* Take a before&after picture

Officially lost 15lbs!
I’m happy.
To think I have accumulated all this extra weight in 4 years and I already lost almost half of it within 3 months.
Everything is possible if you put 110% into it.

Totes didn’t complete the April fitness photo challenge thinger majiger. Kind of fallen off the going to the gym 4x a week bandwagon.

2 weeks of not going to the gym
In that 2 weeks I think I just worked out at home about 4 times.
But still eating healthy. Small portions
4-5 times a day.
And STILL losing weight!
Just found out that there will be a color run, THE color run, happening in my hometown ( Davao City, Philippines). Well I guess it’s my old hometown since now I live in Canada.
BUT I am going back for 5 weeks! Aaaaah!
I just hope the color run happens when I’m there. Totally doing it!!!
